A reconstrução ligamentar associada à artroplastia com interposição tendinosa é procedimento usado com freqüência para a osteoartrose da base do polegar (rizartrose). O propósito deste estudo é reproduzir o procedimento, usando a técnica de interposição do tendão abdutor longo do polegar.
