Mosaicoplastia no tratamento das lesões osteocondrais do tálus

The talus’s ostheocondral lesions are rare lesions, usually related to a traumatic event, that can cause ankle cronic pain. However, the treatment remains controversy, this clinical case presentation to demonstrates that the mosaicplasty is a treatment option and covers the defect with hialin cartilage autograft taken from a donor area without lesion.
