This article presents the treatment of hypertrophic pseudarthrosis of the radius of a 11-year-old child using a circular external fixator. Pseudarthrosis in forearm bones in this age group is rare according to current literature, often occurring in children over 10 years of age, when the periosteum microbiology changes and the fracture behaves similar to those in adult patients. The aim of this paper is to describe the treatment of metaphyseal pseudoarthrosis of the forearm bones using a circular external fixator.
