Braquimetatarsia is a congenital condition leading to cosmetic and functional alterations, with difficulties in shoe wearing. We present a case of gradual lengthening of forth metatarsal bilaterally, with percutaneous osteotomy and the use of monolateral external fixators, with clinical and radioagraphical follow up.
