The rotator cuff is often attacked by traumatic and degenerative pathologies carrying on important pain and limitations. The authors present the surgical treatment indications and the technique step by step for the acromioplasty and rotator cuff tears treatment by the method of reinsertion tendon-bone in a groove done in the humeral head.
