Congenital constriction band syndrome (also known as Streeter syndrome) is a pathology caused by fibrous bands of amniotic tissue which entrap parts of the fetus. The manifestations of this syndrome can vary. A simple type of constriction case is present in which a band-retained reconstruction and multiple z-plasty were performed as a treatment in a single time. Our case is infrequent, because the constriction band is usually treated in 2 or 3 times. There were no complications such as ischemia, neurological or muscular deficits after the surgical approach and we obtained a satisfactory clinical and aesthetic result.
