Reconstrução do ligamento cruzado anterior com técnica all-inside utilizando sistema Tape Locking Screw - TLS
Keywords:
Anterior cruciate ligament, Autograft, TLSAbstract
The Tape Locking Screw (TLS) system is based on tensioned and prepared short semitendinosus tendon from 50 to 60 mm, with 8 to 10 mm in diameter and a preload of 500 N. The tunnels are 10-15 mm shorter than usual and created retrograde to match the diameter of each end of the graft. The pressure adjustment in the bone recess is obtained by a specific graft introduction method, femoral, and the tibial fixation is provided by polyethylene terephthalate tape strips, or TLS strips, which. Passes through each end of the closed tendon loop and attached to the bone with an interference screw.
