The authors present a opcional treatment for tumors that assaults the humero diaphyseal with a large bone destruction (primary or metastatic), preservation of proximal and distal articulars segments, and also, the superior limb function. Describe a surgical technique of a not convencional diaphyseal humero endo prostheses, as well as its indications, contra indications and principal complications.
