The authors introduce a technique for the correction of tibia deformities of patients with “Osteogenesis imperfecta”. The access to the tibia is made through mini-incisions and through them, are performed multiple osteotomies with realingnment of the fragments and intramedullary nail fixation. This technique presents low morbidity and low index of complications.
