Fraturas da extremidade distal do rádio
fixação percutânea intra-medular
Keywords:
Fractures, Distal radius, Percutaneous fixationAbstract
The fractures of the distal radius are the most common bony injury of the upper limb. The fundamental treatment principle is to restore the local anatomy, aiming to regain functional painless movement of the wrist and fingers. This article demonstrate a percutaneous intramedular pin fixation technique for these fractures whose main benefits are the simplicity, low costs and fast return to function.
