Osteotomia do olécrano como acesso cirúrgico nas fraturas intercondiIianas do úmero
Abstract
The adults humeral intercondylar fractures are the hardest challenger in the inferior humerus fractures. The surgical treatment needs a surgical approach that can give a good articular surface exposition for reduction of the fragments. The authors present the surgical approach with “V” olecranon osteotomy to access the humerus articular surface
