Tratamento das lesões condrais focais no joelho do atleta pela mosaicoplastia artroscópica
Abstract
The arthroscopic mosaicplasty consists of using small osteochondral cylinders removed from the femoral condyle edge, not submitted to load and transplanted to focal lesions in the load area mainly in the femoral condyle. The authors describe indications, surgical techniques and rehabilitation regarding this procedure.
