The scapholunate advanced collapse (SLAC) is the most common pattern of degenerative arthritis in the wrist. The SLAC wrist represent the late sequelae of scapho- lunate dissociation or chronic scaphoid nonunion. The treatment of this disorder, described in 1984 by Watson and Ballet still controverse. In this article, we reproduce the four-corner arthrodesis technique as an alternative to the total wrist arthrodesis in SLAC wrist stage III.
