Artroplastia parcial para fraturas do úmero proximal
Keywords:
Arthroplasty, Humeral fractures, ProsthesisAbstract
Fractures of the proximal humerus with comminution, interruption of vascular supply, and articular incongruity often require prosthetic replacement. In these difficult cases, the success of arthroplasty is dependent on proper patient selection, appropriate surgical technique, and a good postoperative rehabilitation program.
