The authors describe a fixation technique for treatment of Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis (SCFE). The goal was to show the procedure in stable SCFE. The presented technique consists of the fixation with just one screw in the center of the capital femoral epiphysis. The necessary procedures for the percutaneous introduction of the canulated screw are described, step by step.
